Making Cream Ale, my first 5 gallon batch ever, and i'm a little worried. I seem to have messed up and not followed the directions from the LHBS.

I was supposed to put the gelatin in after the yeast or something, not entirely sure the page of directions kind of took a beating from the water and random boil-over's.. may have accidentally ripped them too..

Anyway i know that the gelatin wasn't supposed to go in at the same time as the brown flakes, so what can i expect out of the beer? Is it just going to not taste as good? Or is it worse?

It was a packet that said Irish moss on it and had two pouches one was brown the other kinda white and said gelatin in it.

Cool thanks guys, i didn't think it would ruin anything but then again i never heard of gelatin before either.. so yeah, was a little nervous.
