I brewed this sometime around the beginning of July. Still needs to mellow out a bit, but its coming along nicely. Comes in around 8%. I added all the spices with 10 minutes left in the boil. And i used Cal Ale V only because i had a spare vial laying around. Any fairly neutral yeast should work fine. I used canned pumpkin and roasted it in the over for an hour at 350 before adding it to the mash.
