Pump Options

Does anyone know if this pump would work for homebrewing purposes?

There are 350GPH, 500GPH, 750GPH and 1800GPH options, although I'm not sure how many gallons per hour is ideal for brewing?

I assume at 350GPH that I'd be able to pump almost 6 gallons per minute?

What are you planning on doing with it? I think the reason people use the chugger and march pumps is that they work with boiling liquids, high temp stuff. Not sure if these would do that.

That's a good point. I've contacted the owners to see if the pumps are rated for higher temperatures.

Chugger is $99 this is $104. why not go with the one that many others have used before?

I doubt its food grade and rated for high temps. I use one of these for recirculating ice water through my immersion chiller.

I live in Canada. The Chugger pumps are closer to $150 here.
