It has been brought to my attention more times then one that i was wrong. AND i said i would apologize if i was wrong. So here it is to revvy and who ever else i disturbed. I am sorry and hopefully i dont have to eat the as$$ out of a rhino and crow literlly b/c that would suck! So again im sorry and im sorry if i insulted you.

hehehe... that's awesome!

I fermented my first batch of apfelwein in my closet. It was there about three or four before I had to move it downstairs, at 2am, because I simply couldn't take it anymore. The whole time I kept thinking to myself, "Revvy said this would smell like rhino farts."
 
Whats with the grammar yall know what i meant :)


I have a lot stuff on my mind like insulating the shop thats likely why i type it
 
Oh boy, glad I read this now. Going to make a batch of the infamous Aplfelwein tomorrow and will indeed keep it in the basement. Wife may not like this project.
 
Stressed yeast smells like rhino farts. Give them some yeast nutrient when you pitch and you'll minimize it considerably.
