Psi question

My fridge is at 36 degrees. I am force carbing set it and forget it method. Right now it's at 15 psi. I just looked and if I want it to have 2.6 vol of co2, it should be set at 11 psi. So should I change it and let is force carb at the psi I am going to serve or should I leave it and then move down when it's ready to serve?

Change it now. You'll end up a bit overcarbed if you don't. It won't be a huge different though either way.
