I've been holed up in the wilderness for months unable to brew. I planned to revive some Hansens Ale Yeast on a stir-plate with a can of Omega Yeast's Propper Starter. As I poured the wort I noticed the freshness date on the bottom of the can was 09/19/2019. How much difference is this likely to make? I don't drink beer even near the freshness date, but I have no plans to drink my starter. I intend to cold crash and pour off the wort. What differences should I expect?

Never mind. Omega Yeast says it is a canned on date and not a use by date. I thought it was sitting around a lot longer than that, but...
