I know the answers to this thread will vary from person to person/system to sytem, but I'm curious to know how many brew days does a tank of propane get you? Do you heat up all your water with a propane burner? or do you use the stove, and then only the propane burner for the boil?

the last tank lasted us a good 15 batches and i don't think it was full when we started. i generally only boil the water i am brewing with but then again i use bottled.

I use the SQ-14 for the boil but I do my sparge and strike water on the stove. I do 6.5-7.5gal boils. I get anywhere from 6-9 boils off of one tank. Not sure the size, but it's the tank that you can exchange at any gas station.
