Promash file converter

I downloaded a brewers assistant app for my android phone which appears to be real cool looking. But before I can transfer my promash (rec) files to my phone they need to be converted into an XML file (like beersmith uses). I've googled it and messed around for a few hours trying to get a couple of the options to work with no luck. Has anyone ever done this? What is the best way?

Try this. Select the print button (lower right) choose copy to clip board and paste into excel.
