Profile on Mikkeller and Evil Twin in NY Times

For those who don't get it, there's a profile of the brothers who founded Mikkeller and Evil Twin in the New York Times. Interesting reading. One of the few times that a larger media outlet seems to get a lot of beer and brewing descriptions pretty much right, too.

FWIW, I'm somehow less interested in Mikkeller now that I know that he's a contract brewer - 'gypsy brewer' in the new lingo. I know that economics are what they are, but at least in this profile, he comes off as a dilettante.
