problem with fermentation chamber temp control

Has anyone had problems with their aquarium temp controller not turning off fridge when desired temp hit

Did you wire it properly?

Yes I wired it right it worked perfect for about 3 weeks then just out of nowhere stopped working properly, my guess is bad controller

Yeah, that would be my guess too.. if it is broken good thing is that it is cheap.
Or maybe you'll go with some more reliable model like Ranco this time..

Sounds like the built-in relay failed in the "on" position. I haven't had any relays fail on my BCS-460-based brew system, but my understanding is when they fail, they usually fail in the "on" position.
