I am pretty close to the bottling stage. I have white priming sugar that came with the bock kit. Any suggestions on using something other than white sugar to improve taste?

I primed with DME for a long time, but more for some sort of romantic reason than flavor. If you can taste what you use to prime, you're priming with the wrong thing!

What sugar, whatever it is (sucrose or dextrose) is fine for priming.

I like honey. For one it ferments out really fast, and 2 you don't but barely taste it, especially if boiled. I think 1 cup is enough.

If this is a first time, Stick with what they sent with the kit. Get one under your belt then feel free to experiment.

The sugar is great and will work well.
