Well, you won't rack it again after you add the priming solution. I like to add the priming solution to the bottling bucket, then rack the beer into it. I usually have my bottles ready to go before doing that, but it wont' hurt the beer to let it sit for a little while while you finish getting the bottles ready.
 
I just wanted to let any heavy sediment I may have missed settle to the bottom after mixing in my sugar.
 
I would bottle withing a couple of hours at the most. The yeasties will start to munch on that sugar pretty quick.
