If I use a fruit flavoring extract at bittling should I reduce my priming sugar? 3-4 oz of cherry flavoring from brewers best>

Nope...no fermentables in the extract fruit flavoring...it's sugar free. You'd need the same amount of priming sugar.

Is there corn syrup in the ingredients? That might add some fermentables but I doubt it would be enough to really make a difference in the carbonation level.

From my understanding fruit flavorings and fruit extract flavorings have such small amounts of sugar/calories/carbs etc - if any - it is negligible. Prime as normal.
