Do I need to add priming sugar to a keg ?

Not if you carb it with co2. If you do prime with sugar use a calculator to figure out the correct dosage as you don't need as much to carb the keg as if bottling.

^ That's correct. You can force carbonate a beer in a keg for a day or two and achieve the carbonation level you desire. Using priming sugar is also ok but it takes about a week to ten days to fully carbonate the beer.
