If you put your CO2 tank inside your keezer the fill level appears to drop because the tank is colder. Do you have to adjust the pressure settings on the regulator because of the cold as well?
 
Yes and no. Regulators are simple mechanical devices and generally need to be adjusted once or twice as they cool, but it has nothing to do with the pressure change in the bottle. Which in turn has nothing to do with the fill level.
