Is there a difference?

If you aren't adding any top off water or making sugar additions then they should be the same.
What calculator are you using? There may be a difference depending on how the specific calculator defines its terms. For example post mash gravity could refer to the SG of the wort prior to the addition of any sparge water, and pre-boil gravity would include the sparge water effects. In the case of no-sparge, the two would be the same, unless some additional fermentables were added pre-boil.
