So I brewed a partial mash Festale from Austin Home brew a few weeks ago.

After 10 days of primary fermentation I threw it in the fridge with some Super KC. After another 5 days I kegged and pressurized at 7 psi at 30 degrees.
10 days later I tasted it and it tastes malty and slightly sweet, but it has NO hop flavor (I know it's not supposed to have much, but it has NONE) and it tastes watery as all hell. I would have a hard time passing this off as a "light" fall beer. I'm thinking about trying to make a correction for body and taste by boiling some maltodexrin with some hops, straining the hops and mixing that into the degassed keg. Any thoughts?
PS. I'm pretty certain the Super KC is why the flavor is so week and there is no body. If you are going to use Super KC, you need to use it after the beer has bulk aged a good number of days/weeks...i think.
