Possible LHBS venue in Chicago?

Came across this ad in CL. The first thing that struck me was a home brew store with low overhead, plus you can live in the studio apartment behind the store. All for $600 a month.

That would have been cool to che k out that offer. Myself and my two brewing partners have been looking into all avenues to get into the beer scene.
