So, here is where I am for the brew on Tuesday. I am thinking about aging this with some oak chips in secondary or possible adding a vanilla bean and some bourbon. Here is my recipe so far. Let me know how it looks.

10 lbs. 2-Row
1 lb Brown Malt (home roasted)
0.5 lbs. Crystal 40 L
0.5 lbs. Crystal 80 L
0.5 lbs. Chocolate Malt
2 oz. Black Patent Malt

1 oz. Yakima Magnum
0.5 oz. Kent Goldings

Nottingham Yeast
 
On the whole i'd say that looks aight. I checked it over in promash and i'd say that you have all of you variables in proportion to one another.
