We know the beer brewers use spent grains in cookies, pretzels, and dog treats. What do those of you making fruit and herbal wine do with leftovers/post extraction materials??

The fruits etc I add to my compost but the sediment I sometimes efrigerate and allow the yeast to separate off then harvest it for use with wines that typically use wild yeasts (tej for example)

You could always make a second wine. I have a second raspberry wine going now that tastes almost like the first batch.

I feed it to the cows and sheep. The love the stuff. They'll even eat the stems after crushing/destemming because they are sweet, I'm guessing.
