Would somebody with a 10 or 15 gallon Polar Ware Brew pot tell me how many gallons of liquid are required to have a thermometer in the npt port be covered by said liquid?
It would be about four gallons for the ten gallon Polarware kettle. Maybe a little less, but that's approximately the volume to get to the thermometer probe.
