Plastic conical fermenters

I recently stumbled on a cheap food grade plastic conical. Has anyone utilized these in place of stainless steel. I'm not exactly a diy expert, so photos and advice will help. Im assuming I need to install a ball valve to drain the beer, but not sure how I should go about dumping the yeast. Also not sure about using an airlock or blow off tube. Any thoughts.

There is a lot of info on them here in the forum. They're called inductor tanks and work well.
