Hello,
So, I'm wondering about how I can pitch some rehydrated dry yeast into my glass carboy without losing some yeast in the process.
I don't mind losing a little bit of yeast because that's normal but I don't want to lose more than necessary trying to pour yeast into the small mouth of the glass carboy.
My thinking at this point is to use a measuring cup to rehydrate in and use the mouth to guide it into the carboy. I will probably still lose some of the yeast dregs to the measuring cup this way.
What are some better methods to do this?
