Pint pour rip-off in the news

You never get a real pint when you pay for a pint at a bar/brewery, I always thought this was just another rip off of consumers that had to be accepted. I never heard about this working through the court system, at least the judge in the case has a sense of humor:

That's "pun-ey". With the arguments presented by Red Robin, I'd say it's a 'fluid' situation which may prevent the plaintiffs from 'mopping up' or 'tapping in' to a 'ferm' settlement in this 'bubbling' controversy. In any case the attorneys will likely 'siphon' off their cut, which might 'crush' the 'spirits' of their clients, leaving them 'foaming', if not 'pour'. Maybe they should 'bottle' their expectations and view the 'glass' as more than 'half-full'.
