Pineapple soda not fizz enough.

After 10 days in the fridge at 45psi and some shakes and rolls, my 5 gal. of pineapple soda doesn't have strong fizz. It's pretty much like soft sparking fruit juice. Lots of bubbles but doesn't have a strong fizz. Anyone have any experiences in making fresh fruit juice soda? I need some advices.

Try posting this in the soda section or the kegging section, not recipes. Might get better feedback. Best of luck.
