PID for RIMS...again

Ok, I know this has probably been beat to death but I found this PID on eBay and wanted input from the forum. Will this work for RIMS? Or is it just junk?

It looks like it will work ok. Has both SSR output and an onboard relay. Use the SSR output if your RIMS element uses more then 240V/3A. Has an autotune feature = good. Supports RTD's. Sounds like it will work.
