I'm sure this has been asked and answered before but I can't seem to find it.
I am looking at converting my spare sanke 1/2 bbl keg to a fermenter and will probably go with a glycol chiller and a band heater. That being said, is there a PID controller that would controll both at the same time? IE have a upper and lower limit for each source so (of course the heater several degrees below the glycol chiller) or would 2 different controllers be needed?
