I just finished bottling my 1st brew, an American Amber Ale. I need to decide what I will brew next. I want some that will challenge me but not so unforgiving. I enjoy Hoppy Ales while my wife is prefers Belgian Style Ales(which are also good), I like to brew something we can both enjoy. Any advice on a second recipe would be appreciated.:mug:

How about a Belgian IPA? Just enough hops to keep you interested, and, it's a Belgian.

Edit: Drat. 1977 beat me to the punch. Great minds think alike. :)
