Are these any good? The only PH that I want to keep track of is for my star San solution and I'd rather not spend the money a PH meter costs.

If you're just using them to confirm that your Starsan is <3.0 or so, they'd probably do the trick, as long as the strips can discern between that and higher pH.
Agreed that might actually be a use for them. I would never suggest them for beer, especially dark beer. Not enough resolution for mash #'s and the color of the wort messes with them as well and makes them hard to read. For Starsan it's basically clear and it's a bit of a binary "still acidic or not" so that might actually be a good use for them.
