That looks like a good deal, just make sure that a 4'1/8" long shank won't make it a PIA to change kegs.
 
Plenty of people have used the same freezer that I just ordered. One of the builds the guy used 4" shanks. I should be good, but thank you.
 
Chrome plated brass (which is what these are) has issues in that the chrome is slightly reactive in the fairly acidic environment of carbonated beer. Eventually this will wear away the chrome and start pitting the brass.

This creates a few problems, such as drinking flakes of chrome and brass over time, which probably isn't a huge deal, but that's up to you. Pits in the material also make it harder to clean and sanitize.

If you go with stainless steel and don't take a hammer to it, it should last a lifetime. You'd want to replace chrome every 3-5 years from what I've heard.
