Perlick 650ss Flow Control for bottling @ 50psi

I'm bottling (wine) at 50psi. I've got ~ 12' of 3/8 in line on my Perlick 525's at the moment.

I know it's gonna blow foam in a major way, so I can either put 50'+ of beer line on there, or get a 650 and dial the flow back. I've searched and it's a mixed bag on whether the flow control will work or not (I searched for people doing soda with the flow control).

Any thoughts?

I don't use flow control for my soda water, but I don't have an extra long hose either. I put 3 epoxy stir nozzle inserts inside the dip tube of the keg and that provides significant restriction to slow the flow down. I serve at 30psi on a 12' hose.
