Hey all,

We were trying to make a non-alcoholic beer and pitched Sourvisiae. OG 1.017. After 3 days there was no blow off activity, so we pitched our go-to NA strain Lallemand Windsor. After another day or so there was some bubbling. After about 2 weeks we took the lid off and here is what we found . pH 3.4 and FG 1.010.First time using Sourvisiae. Assume it does not/should notform a pellicle and this is infection but any thoughts would be helpful!!!
