I just bought myself a Green mountain Pellet grill! I have been on the lookout for one of these for a while and couldnt be happier with my purchase (so far). Here are some pictures of some wings and drumsticks I cooked for my first cook with pellets!

Enjoy it. I have been cooking on pellets for 11 years now. Those are good cookers. Look at BBQer's Dlight wood pellets. Use pellets that are made of the wood you want. The new Traeger pellets are a filler wood with flavoring oil.

It is amazing so far! I am hoping to toss an elk roast on this weekend and see how that goes. Right now I am using the GMG brand pellets. I've read they are mostly oak. Thanks for the heads up about the Traeger pellets!
