Does anyone have any recent experience with this product? Similar to Fermcap-S, but no silicone. I searched, but only found older threads.
I am mainly interested in this product for the fermenter.....I can control my boil well enough that I do not need this for the kettle......I just can't seem to stop to stop making yeast detonations.
Edit: since this product is based from canola oil, I am very concerned about head retention
