Any thoughts/suggestions on a Parti-gyle mash to make three separate beers? I want to make an ordinary, best, ESB from one main mash. My plan is to mash some base malt (Maris otter) and draw off one gyle. Then sparge to get an equal amount of wort in a second gyle. The I would blend the two gyles accordingly to get three separate worts. I also plan to steep some specialty malts in each to add distinct character.

Any thoughts and/or suggestions appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Sounds totally doable providing that you have a large enough MLT and enough kettles for your wort.
