Hey guys! I plan on making a "Frankenstein" beer sometime in the near future, and was wondering with the summer months coming, if it would be a good idea to make a Pale Ale/IPA grain bill and add Belgium Saison yeast? Here are ingredients that I have for a 5 gallon batch:

-6oz Crystal 120
-3oz Crystal 60
-6oz CaraPils
-8oz Melanoidin Malt
-Supplement the rest with American Two-Row

I was thinking about bitter hopping with some Warrior, flavor and aroma would be a combination of Citra and El Dorado. That's what's in the freezer.

Thank you guys in advance for the help!!!!!!!!
