Paintball co2 for kegging

I have seen that some people use 20 oz co2 cylinders from paintballing just wondering how they work is that enough gas for a corny keg

I just set up a portable system for my 2.5g corny. I got an adapter that lets me use a regular sized regulator, so with the adapter everything is the same as with any other size tank. You can also buy a smaller regulator that fits the paintball tank, but they seem to be flimsier and you wouldn't be able to use it in the future with a regular CO2 tank setup. From what I've read, you probably wouldn't want to regularly use the cylinder to force carb very often but if using it just to dispense you can kick a few 5gallon cornies with one tank.
