I already have the ingredients on order, but, this is a recipe I came up with. I was curious about the aroma of the Pacific Gem hops and thought a little blackberry sounded good with a wheat. Not ALOT of blackberry, but just a little. Something similar to Sea Dog Blue Paw, which I discovered AFTER I did this recipe, only with blackberries. THEN, I decided to add a little flavoring to help accent the natural aroma from the hops. I know the recipe says 1oz of the flavoring, but I may just go with .5.

Anyhow, any thoughts? I know Pacific Gems are high in AA, which is why I'm going with mostly late and small additions.

7 lbs Pale Malt (2 Row) US (2.0 SRM) Grain 59.57 %
4 lbs 8.0 oz White Wheat Malt (2.4 SRM) Grain 38.30 %
4.0 oz Oats, Flaked (1.0 SRM) Grain 2.13 %
0.25 oz Pacific Gem [15.00 %] (60 min) Hops 11.6 IBU
0.25 oz Pacific Gem [15.00 %] (12 min) Hops 4.8 IBU
0.25 oz Pacific Gem [15.00 %] (7 min) Hops 3.1 IBU
0.25 oz Pacific Gem [15.00 %] (3 min) Hops 1.4 IBU
1.00 oz Blackberry Extract (Bottling 5.0 min) Misc
1.00 tsp Yeast Nutrient (Boil 10.0 min) Misc
1 Pkgs American Hefeweizen Ale (White Labs #WLP320) Yeast-Wheat

Beer Profile

Est Original Gravity: 1.060 SG
Est Final Gravity: 1.016 SG
Estimated Alcohol by Vol: 5.79 %
Bitterness: 21.0 IBU
Calories: 246 cal/pint
Est Color: 4.2 SRM

How did this turn out? Thinking of making a blackberry wheat beer with some all natural extract that I have, and I'm curious if you liked yours. Thanks!
