Overwhelmed - Help Building HERMS Controller System

Ok, so I'm very pleased with how my heat exchanger coil within my HLT turned out. I'm just not sure where to go with the controller system. It will be a propane setup and I would like for the temp probe to be inline on the return to the mash tun. I need the controller, igniter, solenoid, probe with well and what every else I've missed within the system. Does any one have a bill of material build for a setup as described? Willing to spend a few hundred, maybe 200 to 300 range, maybe a little more; I just can't spring for some like the Tower Of Power.
