So I have a 5 gallon batch of an amber IPA that has been kegged into a ball lock corny keg. It was force carved at 30psi for 24hrs, bled down and set at 10 psi. My keggerator was set at 38degrees and I had perfect pours about a week (luckily without issue during the super bowl).. Then my fridge malfunctioned and dropped down to about 33 degrees. Now I am only getting foam. Is there a way to fix this?
I watched a YouTube video of how to fix over carbonated beer but my CO2 connection won't connect to my beer out post. My fridge is fixed and the beer is sitting nicely at 38degrees again. How do I get the perfect pour again?
Beer line is 10feet long too, never had issues before

Connecting to the out post won't help fix overcarbed beer. The fix is to unhook the gas and either leave the relief valve open (or just purge it every couple hours) for a couple of days until the carbonation settles down enough to get smooth pours again.
