No, Cycle posted that the Friday bottle that's available to the public is different than the BA Day bottle. All they've said publicly about the BA Day one is that it was probably going to be something from Pritchard's rum barrels. Friday is calvados apple brandy barrel-aged with cinnamon.

I've seen him at HM releases. Hes as scummy looking in person as his mugshot. To answer your question of his friends, he gives them lots of tastes of whatever he has brought, so $$ is the answer. At least he lives out in the middle of nowhere so don't run into him in the city except releases.

I've seen him around at Fremont and HM releases as well, he was creepy well before I knew his criminal past, but even creepier afterward.

I'm not sure HM banning him will do much good. He's banned from de Garde and still manages to get everything and rub it in Trevor's face when given the chance. The only way to shut him down is for people to stop supporting his behavior. And we know that's not gonna happen.
