Hello Guys, I am Vinay. I currently work and live in Eindhoven, Netherlands. After hesitating many time last Sunday I brewed my first batch, Hefeweizen. I lived in Germany for a while in the past and thats where my love to German wheat beers started. This community has been really helpful in understanding the process of Homebrewing.
Cheers.

Welcome to HBT!

What size batch did you brew? All grain or extract?
Are you controlling/regulating the ferm(entation) temps in any way?

I did a 10L batch. All grain single infusion mash. 90 mins boil with Hellartau hops at 60 mins and Wyeast3068.
Fortunately the temperature here is around 21 degrees here so the fermentation seems to be going well.
