Picked this up on a whim when I saw brewed with Brett on the bottle. But I don't see it on the mad fermentatioists list. Wondering if this is new or filtered.
According to their blog it is aged for four months on Brett and then bottle conditioned. Should be good to harvest from. It's new, so probably the reason for not appearing on the MF list. It may also have some bier de garde yeast in there as well.
Ive had that before and I think I distinctly remember it being sour. I mean, you can still use them but if you only wanted brett, I think there may be more stuff in there
