I got bored tonight (and ran out of homebrew that was ready) so I put some Warrior IPA in the fridge, and after about 20 minutes, put one in the freezer until cold. I just cracked it expecting it to be green because it has only been in the bottle for about 10 days at the longest- IT IS THE BEST DRINK I HAVE EVER HAD. PERIOD. THIS IS AWESOME!!!!!!:rockin::rockin::rockin::rockin:

Which recipe did you use ? I have some warrior in the freezer I need to use.

Sinistral Warrior IPA extract kit from Northern Brewer, and added 2 oz of warrior hops when done fermenting. bottled after 3 weeks, been in bottle about 7 days and tastes awesome. I know everyone brags, but this was not me- this is just awesome. Im staying up till more gets cold so I can have more tonight! I Have moved one to AG, but I swear I will do this kit again if not all the time. p.s.- OG was 1.070

I use the sinistral warrior all grain recipe for my house ipa but with different hops. It puts out excellent color and a decent malt influence to go with the hops I use. Overall it is a pretty good grain bill for an IPA.

Being in Mississippi, where your room temps are probably close to 80 degrees right now (at least they are here in Florida), beer usually carb within 10 days or so. With an IPA, you can drink them as soon as they are carbonated. Of course, if you try a beer after 10 days and it's flat, don't panic. Forget about it for two weeks and try again.
