Came up with this recipe, let me know what you all think.

12 lbs Pale Malt (2 Row) US
2 lbs Munich Malt - 20L
1 lbs Caramel/Crystal Malt - 60L
1 lbs 8.0 oz Candi Sugar, Clear
1.00 oz Polaris [21.50 %] - Boil 60.0 min
1.00 tsp Irish Moss (Boil 10.0 mins)
2.00 oz Mandarina Bavaria [8.50 %] - Boil 10.0 min
2.00 oz Mosaic [12.50 %] - Boil 5.0 min
1.0 pkg London Ale III (Wyeast Labs #1318)
1.00 oz Zythos [11.00 %] - Dry Hop 14.0 Days

you need at least twice the amount of hops... IIPAs are known for their dry hops - I would make the DH at least 4oz...

IIPA's have nothing to do with their dry hops. Imperial simply means a higher alcohol content. I have dry hopped with 1 oz on several other IIPA's and the aroma is still outstanding
