I accidentally added some 6 year old wine conditioner (liquid invert sugar,potassium sorbate) from a bottle that had never been opened to a batch of wine. Had a new bottle sitting right beside it and used the wrong one. Feel like I am Blonde.
Does anyone know if this stuff goes bad..tried googling the shelf life of it with no success..
Thanks in advance for any input.
