I just had my first (on my second now) bottle of my own homebrew ever made, and I must say it came out tasting pretty good! It's a Brewers Best IPA kit. I let it primary for 3 weeks, bottle condition for 2 weeks, and just couldn't wait any longer to try it! It's a little overly bitter, even for an IPA, but to me it tastes very good. We'll see if it mellows out a little over time.

I just wanted to thank everyone on here for being so helpful. I love reading all the posts from people, and am very thankful for the quick replies on questions I have had along the way.

I now have a Summer Ale kit in the primary and can't wait to see how that comes out. I have hopefully improved a couple minor things in the process so keeping my fingers crossed again.

:mug: As I read this, I am currently drinking my Brewers Best Summer Ale, At first it was not what I expect but as it conditions in a keg it gets better every week. Again I love reading everyone posts and could spend many hours, maybe to many if there is such a thing on here. Cheers

Congrats, man!!! It's a great feeling, huh?! The best thing is, it never seems that feeling goes away... whenever you crack the first bottle of a batch (or every bottle of a really good batch), you'll get that feeling all over again. :mug:
Welcome to the addiction!!! :rockin:
