Hello guys, I have one doubt in OG of an IPA recipe that drew ..
Well, my question is as follows:
- Adding sugar to 10m by the end of the boil, the beer OG no changes are you?
Furthermore, if I using sugar, beer will be drier correct?
Thanks in advance!

Not trying to be a wiseguy, but I assume either your spell check is wreaking havoc or English is not your first language. I think you are asking if sugar will increase the OG - yes it will. It provides about 45 pts per gallon, i.e. it will increase the OG about 9 pts per lb for a 5 gal batch. Sugar is pretty much 100% fermentable, so if you replace some of the malt with sugar the FG will likely be lower, having the effect of drying out the beer.

Does that help?

It's the translate ehehe. Thank you! I am very clear about this to the subject! Now my question is about hops planted this year ... I do not know if I should use the whole flower hops and then grinding the flower ...

Don't grind the hops, unless you want a yellow lupulin dust shower. :)
Throw the cones in whole.

Using whole-cone hops v/s pellets, you will lose some volume of wort due to absorption by the cones. But, you can squeeze the hops if you put them in a hop-sack, so using one is actually beneficial here.

But when using the bag, hops will not give the IBUS or full flavor, right?

I don't see why not. Just use a bag large enough so they don't clump together.

If you use home grown hops that have not been dried, you will need to use about 5 times as much to get the same effect on IBU's.

I dried the hops in a place in the shade and away from moisture ... I think we get it right drying ..
