In anticipation, I pitched my yeast starter before taking the OG. I noticed this mistake right away and took the OG within 2-3 minutes of pitching. To what degree will this affect my OG reading? Should I add or subtract from it to get a more accurate reading? Or, is my reading within a reasonable range as is?

If the starter was thoroughly mixed with the wort, it won't make a noticeable difference.
If the starter was not mixed, and you drew the sample off the top, then you will be taking the gravity of the starter, rather than the wort.
