Ok I never made cider before. I bought some Ocean Spray Cran Apple juice & I want to me something with it. Do I just pour it in a 1 gallon just an pitch yeast, let sit for 1 week then switch to secondary for another week then bottle for two? Or do I pasteurize it first, then follow the above steps? Any help would be appreciated thanks

Pasteurizing before hand serves you no purpose with that particular juice. It is either already pasteurized or it had preservatives in it. The best way to know when to move into secondary (if you really want to; I don't always do this) and when to bottle is with a hydrometer measurement.

No need to boil. It also won't hurt it to not switch it over to secondary (I don't always) and I often add a bit of brown sugar/honey/malt. I really like the combo of the cran/apple in my ciders with a bit of cinnamon.
